Double Room to Rent in Walthamstow

Hey- I’m looking for someone to fill a spare room in a flat in Walthamstow from September 1st.
Small double room which you can rearrange as you want.
✨ £1000 a month bills included
The contract is until June next year but I am happy for someone to rent if for a shorter period of time if needed, there’s an £800 deposit but the room is fully furnished and there’s a shared bathroom with a bath shared with one person (me).
Little background: I have lived in the flat for 2 years and my housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. I work 5 days a week in the office so if you work from home the space will be all yours.
I’m 26 and work in film, in the office 5 days a week so will be out and about a reasonable amount.
I’m looking for someone who is friendly and considerate but also up for some fun.
- 10 minute walk to the Victoria line (Blackhorse Road
- 2 Minute walk to St James Street overground (goes to Liverpool Street through Hackney)
- Spacious living room and kitchen with all amenities
- Lovely cafes and restaurants all around
- Lidl and Sainsbury’s both within a 5 minute walk
