I'm moving out to go travelling so looking for someone to fill my large double room in Walthamstow (E17), just off Lea Bridge Road, from 27th August.

The room is part of a lovely, large shared house with a giant kitchen, with dining table, and a beautiful garden.

All rooms in the house have an en-suite bathroom.

Furniture included: Bed, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobe (I can also leave dressing table if interested!)

The current flatmates are friendly and welcoming (I've made one of my best friends here and so sad to leave her!) and the house is kept super clean and tidy.

One housemate works hybrid with a couple of days a week working from home / the office, whilst the other housemates work shifts, so looking for someone quiet and respectful who will respect other working patterns

Rent is £995 per calendar month and all bills are included.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Lea Bridge Station which is on the National Rail. Trains to Stratford take 6 minutes and Tottenham Hale 7 minutes. Or it's approx. a 25 minute walk to Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road for the Victoria Line / there's plenty buses to take you there in 5/10 mins.

The house is less than 2 minutes walk to Lidl (literally round the corner!) and there's a fantastic pub nearby too.

The house is suitable for females and no couples.
