Social Home in Heart of Walthamstow Village

Hi,

I will be leaving my double room in Walthamstow so am looking for someone to replace me in the house. Move in date of 1 October although can potentially be available from up to a week before if needed. For some reason I can't set the deposit but it is £721.10. Bills equate to roughly £120 per month but changes with the seasons.

The room comes mostly furnished with bed/mattress, desk/chair, clothes rack, and a chest of drawers, although these may need an upgrade. It has the best of both worlds with a large window that lets in loads of light and cool air when open, but is hidden behind a small tree that maintains 90% privacy from the street when the window is open.

The house itself has 4 bedrooms, a social living room and large kitchen where we spend most of our time, a downstairs bathroom, and a large garden which is great for barbecues and after work beers. It is located right in the center of Walthamstow Village, which is a vibrant and upmarket area of East London, with plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants with a welcoming villagey vibe. The Victoria underground line, Suffragette and Weaver overground lines, and the large Walthamstow Bus Depot are also only a 10 minute walk away. There are several larger supermarkets in walking distance (Lidl, Tesco), as well as the longest street market in Europe on the weekends!

The house is really social and welcoming, consisting of 4 young professionals in hospitality/architecture industries who are happy to chat about anything and everything, with interests in football, cricket, art and design, fitness, and music, among many more.

I've loved my time in the house and cannot recommend it enough - we will look to host viewings once we have a good amount of interest.
