2 Rooms becoming available early-mid September in a 4 bed, all female Houseshare.

Room 1: Double room (£950pcm)
This room is located on the top floor. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a shared large bathroom in the middle. This room is handy for someone that needs extra storage space as it has a roomy attic crawl space/cupboard.
Room is furnished with double bed, railing, bedside table and lamp.
Bathroom duties are cleaned using a cleaning rota.

Room 2: Extra large double room (£1200 pcm)
This room is located on the first floor and has a shared bathroom with one other tenant. This is a very large, spacious room with a walk-in wardrobe on one wall. Plenty of space to walk around comfortably. Furnished with bed, bedside tables and lamps.

Communal areas are also quite spacious, located on the ground floor. Includes sitting/dining room, long kitchen, and utility space with washer/dryer.

There is also a garden located at the back that is largely unused but anyone is welcome to use the space.

This is a household that is diverse in ethnicities, professions and ages (20-30). Profession's include nurse, architect, actress and nutritionist. This isn't a party/loud household, however we all occasionally have company over. We maintain tidyness using a weekly cleaning rota for communal spaces.

Looking for a clean and somewhat social flatmate to house share with.

There are lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Stratford Westfield is approx 35 mins via bus.
