Double room for rent in Walthamstow

Hello!

I have a room to rent near St James street, Walthamstow.

The room is in a Victorian, terraced house in a quiet residential street, near the area of St James st. There is a nice sense of community here and various coffee shops and bars on the high street up the road.
The house is situated on a lovely leafy street, with St James Park on our doorstep and Walthamstow marshes really close by. St James street overground station overground station is 8 minutes walk away and Blackhorse road tube with the Victoria line, taking you into town, is 15 minutes up the road.

In the garden at the back of the house is a shed as well as a giant palm tree and a few fruit trees! I attempt to grow various vegetables in the garden but any help/ interest in growing would be most welcome!

I work as a forest school facilitator working in various green spaces around London. I love being outside and go for regular runs on the marshes, love to cycle and go for outdoor/ wild swims.

I will likely be working most days but up for chats and social hangs during the evenings if you're around!
