Sunny double bedroom in Walthamstow ☀️

My friend is moving out to live with her partner and so I’m looking for a female flatmate for this lovely two bed flat in Walthamstow. I work full time and tend to be in the office 2-3 days a week. I LOVE going out with friends and tend to be out most weekends. I love to read (as you can tell from the bookshelf ahaha), love cooking and food and love trying out new recipes and new restaurants. I’m quite obsessed with good shows/films. I enjoy working out and go to the gym quite regularly, also partial to a nice long walk and pilates.

I’m very clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Would love to live with someone I can hang out with from time to time but also respects each other’s space! 🍸

It’s a 10 minute walk from Wood Street Station and 20 minutes from Walthamstow Central and Leytonstone station making it super well connected! It’s also in walking distance from Walthamstow village with some of the cutest shops and restaurants in the area.

The room comes unfurnished but my friend would be open to leaving a few bits if you are interested.
