I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in a 2 bed flat in Walthamstow.
I'm a 30 year old Makeup artist.
The flat is on a quiet, safe residential road, a short walk from St James Street station and around a 20 minute walk to Walthamstow Central. There’s a good sized garden, cosy shared living room, bathroom with a bath, and a bright double bedroom with a double bed (not in the picture) and some furniture included in the room.
I’m looking for someone who wants a clean, homely and relaxed place to live, rather than somewhere that feels like a houseshare where you never see each other! I have a pretty busy life with work and socialising, so I definitely value my own downtime too, but I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to hang out in the living room sometimes, have a glass of wine/go to the pub, do some yoga or explore Walthamstow together, while obviously still having our own lives and space.
I also have a very friendly cat, so you absolutely need to be a cat person because he will 100% want some love!
WFH is totally fine occasionally/a few days a week and there’s space for a desk, but ideally I’m looking for someone who isn’t permanently working from home five days a week, as I’d like the flat to have a nice balance.
Most importantly, I’d love someone considerate, friendly and clean, who wants to treat the flat like their home and look after it too.
