The property is in walking distance to Walthamstow Central(Victoria Line, Weaver Line), Walthamstow Queens Road(Suffragette Line) and St James St(Weaver Line) as well as a short bus away from Leyton station(Central Line).
House is always kept tidy and Clean, Myself and the other current housemate are nice and chill so happy with anyone who wants to hang out or keep to themselves.
The house has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom with Shower/bath and toilet and then a downstairs toilet.
Bills are not included and are roughly £70 per month.
Both rooms are available at the moment, these will go quick.
