Bright and comfortable double bedroom available in a clean, friendly shared house in the Walthamstow area, around 10 minutes by bus from Walthamstow Central Station.
The room is on the second floor and overlooks a quiet residential street, making it a peaceful place to relax after work.
The house is currently shared by 4 females and 1 male. We are mainly working professionals and keep a calm, respectful home. This is not a party house, so we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
The house includes a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet, as well as a lovely garden with a BBQ area and hot tub.
We also have a friendly African Grey parrot living in the communal living room. He is well looked after, sociable and generally quiet.
We are ideally looking for a clean, tidy and respectful working professional, either single occupancy or a professional couple. Someone friendly and sociable is welcome, while still respecting everyone’s privacy and shared spaces.
