Beautiful double room in Walthamstow home

Hello!

We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to move into our home in Walthamstow.

It’s a 3 bed house with a front and back garden. You’d be in the biggest room on your own private floor. The room has newly fitted French windows, loads of light, built in wardrobe space and views overlooking the gardens.

We’re just 5 mins from Lloyd Park which has the brilliant William Morris gallery, 2 great cafes, sports courts and even a food market on Saturdays.

It’s roughly a 20 minute walk from Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central stations.

There’s plenty of local shops nearby for grocery top ups and parcel admin.

You’d be sharing with me - Rosa, 31 - and my boyfriend - Leo, 35. I own the house with my sister who also lives nearby (who can help resolve any issues if I’m not around).

Leo and I are freelance and work in TV. It’s a mix of WFH, office work and lots of travel.

We’re hoping to find someone easy going and up for being a friend.

Open to couples but the rent would reflect having an extra person.

Bills are currently £150 (hopefully no more energy prices hikes this winter).

Hoping to meet with potential housemates early Oct for move in Oct/Nov.
