Seeking suitable replacement per Student Roost policy.

Student Roost conditions for replacement [must meet all]:

Must be a full-time UK student at a Specified Educational Institution
No rent arrears and no existing 2026/27 booking with Student Roost or affiliates
Must sign tenancy agreement for entirety of remaining term 19 Sep 26 - 11 Sep 27 and secure with deposit
£50 takeover admin fee payable to Student Roost on approval.
Guarantor required within unless you pay full year upfront before check-in. International guarantors accepted - must be 18+, not a student, in full-time employment and homeowner or renting

(Council Tax Band: Band C (students exempt). Mannequin House is purpose-built student accommodation.)

Cashback note: Mannequin House currently has a £1,000 Cashback offer with code Cashback1k live until 30 Sept 23:59. If a new booking is made during the Offer Period and code Cashback1k is entered during booking application and you check in, you may be eligible per Student Roost terms. This is not guaranteed for takeover bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively, so please check directly with Mannequin House team whether a replacement booking can include the code.

This is a Common Law Tenancy takeover - you will sign new tenancy agreement directly with Student Roost for full remaining term, no extra fees charged by me. No short lets - must take full term.
