## Friendly Housemate Wanted - Faith-Based Community Home in Walthamstow

We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, Christian faith-based community home in *Walthamstow*.

### The Room
- Small bedroom, unfurnished (bed and mattress can be provided at a fee
- £750 per month, including all bills
- mid October (early move-in date can be negotiated)
- 1-year contract

### The House
- Spacious shared home with a lovely garden
- off-street parking
- Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine
- Conservatory
- bright communal living spaces
- ⁠nearest station Blackhorse Road (Victoria line).

### Who We're Looking For
We're hoping to find a Christian girl pops, sociable, warm and committed to community living. This is more than just a house share. We're seeking someone who wants to be part of a home.

As a household, we value:
- Sharing a regular communal meal together
- praying together and read the bible
- Keeping shared areas clean and tidy
- Monthly small group gatherings
- Games nights
- Occasional dinner parties

We're looking for someone who enjoys building community, values friendship and connection, and is happy to contribute to the life of the Christian house.
