A bright double room in a spacious first-floor Warner flat, on a fairly quiet residential street with great local amenities nearby.

The flat has a large living and dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and both a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have Sky, all the apps, and good broadband/WiFi.

St James Street Overground is around a 10-minute walk away, while Blackhorse Road station is approximately 10 minutes by bus. There are also good transport links to Leyton and Stratford, plus plenty of great local spots to explore.

A bit about me!

I'm 36, gay and pretty laid-back. I work in the office Monday to Friday, 8-5, and generally enjoy a chilled evening during the week. Monday nights are best enjoyed with quiz night on BBC Two! Alongside film nights, binge watching a series, cooking and baking (requests are always welcome!).

At weekends, I'm often out and about grabbing a coffee, having a mooch around a museum, catching a film or theatre show, or heading out for a bike ride. I'm not a party animal, but I do enjoy the occasional pub trip.

A bit about you!

Ideally, someone who's happy doing their own thing and appreciates having their own space, but who'd also enjoy relaxing together in the evenings now and again. Someone up for the occasional film, home-cooked meal, bit of baking or trip to the pub would be great.

There's no expectation to be joined at the hip. This will be your home too, and I'm keen for us both to feel comfortable and settled here.

Bills: approximately £150 each per month all in.

Move-in date: 1st December, with some flexibility
