Hi guys, we've found a dream flat 12 mins walk from Walthamstow station and need a flat mate for the third room. We are looking to sign the lease ASAP 🫡

Looking for:
A clean, sociable flat mate who wants to make this a home, go for drinks/ play sports together but also respectful of each others space.

About us/flat:
We loved the flat and want to make it a home and space we can all enjoy. We enjoy cooking so the living area would be ideal to cook and chill with house mates and friends whilst watching TV and unwinding after work.

Other hobbies include sports (we play 5aside on Fridays and occasional racket sports) films and music with myself and Oliver being musicians who gig and dj regularly.

We both have previously worked in hospitality so know how to clean properly (mops and all), so we’re looking to keep the flat in top condition 🧼

3 bed flat on the 4th floor of a new build apartment block in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Just 5 mins from the vibrant Wood street high street and 10 mins to Walthamstow high-street which has everything you’ll need
