Hi,
I've been living here for about 5 years but as my ex partner moves out I'd love to stay.
The house is big for the price and, although I wfh it has plenty of space for two people if you wfh too (there's a mezzanine upstairs with a desk and all)
I would need someone to move in ASAP as our contract is up on the 26th and they would need to go through references with the agency.
The garden is shared, but private as at the back end there's a small brook!
We're a 5 minutes walk from a bus stop (55-56), a 15 minutes walk from the Weaver line and a 15 minutes bus ride from blackhorse rd (victoria line), so it's very well connected.
Not pictured the second room, which would be mine.
