It is walking distance to the village (5 mins) and Walthamstow Central (10 mins) so it has fantastic links to local amenities and transport (bus/tube/overground).
The Victoria line is the fastest on the network and is 24 hours at the weekend)

Walthamstow Central to Euston in 16 minutes.
Walthamstow Central to Oxford Circus in 19 minutes.

I will be holding viewings on Saturday 1st June, The flat is available from the 3rd June onwards but I am flexible on a move in date in June for the right tenants.
