House is situated next to Walthamstow Wetlands and St James Park.

I am a TV producer working full time. I have two daughters but they are 16 and 18 and spend most of their day out and about. My 18 year old will start university away in September 2026 so then there will only be 3 of us in house.

We’ve had tenants for a long time and all have stayed for years so hopefully it sounds like we are easygoing and good flatmates :)

PS No cats sorry as we are allergic.
