I am sadly moving out from my current property and I am looking for someone to take over the room.
It is situated in a spacious Victorian house , very close to Walthamstow central station , market Street, shops, restaurants and overground station.
The room is large with a lot of storage space and a sitting area with sofa and a table. Also there is a bed and a big wardrobe
The property consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 big living rooms where you can chill and watch TV , huge kitchen ( fully equipped) and a big garden with a lot of space.
We are all in our late 20s and early 30s and very friendly, so someone similar would be great.
All bills are included in the price as well as weekly cleaning.
The area is very calm and a lot of young professionals living around.
