A bit about us... (the current tenants!)
We enjoy spending time together watching films/catching up on each others' days but also respect one another's privacy. We are looking for someone who is similar minded!

The flat is furnished and the room includes a bed and large built in wardrobe. It also has a great view of the London skyline on a clear day/night ☺️
It is a 2 minute walk to Walthamstow Central tube (zone 3) and bus station. Super close to central London, Oxford Circus is 20 minutes away.
The flat is located on a lovely road at the top of Walthamstow market/high street, and there are lots of great pubs and shops very close by. We are a short walk from the lovely Lloyd Park and Walthamstow Wetlands, with the renowned Walthamstow Village only a 10 minute walk away too.

We are looking for a professional, easy going, LGBTQ+/LGBTQ+ friendly individual who is happy to help keep the place clean/tidy and would enjoy spending time with their wonderful flatmates every now and then!
