I have just moved into a beautiful brand new build flat on a development in Walthamstow.
It is less than a 5 minute walk to St James Street (for overground trains to Liverpool Street in 15 mins) or a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central underground (Victoria Line to Kings Cross, Oxford Street and Victoria).

I can offer the room for weekdays (Mon - Fri). I am also open to a shorter term all week let (£1750pcm). All bills included. I am flexible so open to conversations for the right person.
Would suit someone who regularly has to be in London for work/study without the hassle of booking hotels.

The flat is brand new! It has a lovely light open plan kitchen and living area with great views from the 7th floor balcony.

The room is a large double with floor to ceiling window and a luxury en-suite with walk in rain shower.

I am an easy going 40 something year old and work with architects and the community to design new homes. I’m often away during the week so you would sometimes have the whole flat to yourself. I’ve had lots of flatmates over the years so experienced in having a lodger.

I’m quite independent and my ideal flatmate would be the same. Love a good chat, and equally respect individual space. Looking for someone who appreciates a new home and can take good care of it when I’m not around :)
Ideally someone who isn’t practicing for the next series of Masterchef as it is an open plan kitchen/lounge!

My 9 year old goddaughter or friends sometimes stay at the weekend which is why a week day let works for me. The room would be yours and would always be cleaned and ready for you to arrive. You are welcome to leave belongings at the flat - there is plenty of storage space.

It’s a really quiet and relaxed space and not a party flat! I do most of my socialising away from the flat and I stay at my boyfriends a couple of nights a week. I always communicate ahead if I’m having someone to occasionally visit and they will always be close friends or family.

The flat is on a private development that is quiet and beautifully maintained. It has a courtyard and private bike storage.

The area has all local amenities less than a 5 minute walk away including a range of supermarkets and Walthamstow high street with its vibrant market. It is well connected by public transport.
