Less than 20 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Liverpool St. The flat is right next to the shopping centre, so close to shops/amenities, bars and restaurants. The flat itself is big and modern. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open plan.

The bedroom is very large, on the top floor of the flat, with wardrobes and chest of drawers

You'll live with two women, both are professionals, so professionals preferred.

Wifi is included, other bills are not included. Currently electricity and gas are approx £25 each per month. And council tax is an extra £70 per month.

Viewings will take place either in the evening or at the weekend. You will meet both tenants.
