The largest double room in my flat will be available from 17th November, just an 8–10 minute (max) walk from Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line – 24h on weekends – and Overground to Liverpool Street), making it super easy to get around the city.

It's also about 20 minutes by bike to Dalston, and there's a 24-hour bus stop right outside the flat with direct routes to Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney, and Stratford – great for work, uni, or nights out.

🏠 The Flat:

The room is very big – larger than your average double room in London – and it's bright and quiet. It easily fits a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, with plenty of space to move around.

Big shared living room, perfect for relaxing, eating, or working from home, and also for inviting friends over for dinner.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.

I'm very tidy and clean, and I keep the shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) tidy and clean all the times.

I'm looking for someone who can do their bit to keep the shared spaces clean, tidy, and comfortable for both of us.

Walthamstow Central – 8–10 mins walk, where you can get the Victoria Line and reach Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, or the Overground to Liverpool Street, which takes even less.

24-hour bus stop right outside the door – direct to Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney, and Stratford (around 20 minutes).

Big Tesco 3 mins away, open until midnight every day.

24-hour off licence right outside the door.

Safe, residential area with plenty of shops, green spaces, cafes, pubs, and Walthamstow Village nearby.

Something about me: I'm 38, work in IT, and started studying Cyber Security at Birkbeck this year (evening classes).

I love cycling, playing football and tennis (I'm a big Jannik Sinner fan 😁).
