The flat is bright, well-kept and feels like a proper home rather than a rental. It has two bathrooms, which makes day-to-day living easy, and a comfortable shared living space. The room is a good-sized double with an en-suite bathroom and the whole flat has recently been refurbished.

The bedroom is unfurnished while the shared living area is furnished.
