Double bed in Walthamstow £850 bills included

I am moving out of a nice large bedroom in walking distance from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and Weaver line) and Walthamstow Queensroad (Sufragette line). Nearest bus stop just across the street.
Many convenience stores in walking distance, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Aldi in the Highstreet near the Walthamstow Central station.

The room has all you need - double bed, table, char, chest of drawers and a coffee table. The room is big enough to comfortably live and exercise in there.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other housemates who are guys from Slovakia who love to have chat with others. One of them is in his late 20s and the rest of the guys are in their 50s all of them working full time various days of the week/night.

Pictures are taken before I moved in but the room remains the same after I leave.

Viewing after previous agreement.
Move in date from 1st June onwards.
1 month deposit and one 1 month rent upfront moving in.
