Small double room and own GF living space availabl

Hi, I am looking for a housemate to share rented house with garden in Walthamstow. The room is a small double though with the rent being split the ground floor has a second room downstairs, currently being used as a storage room. You can use this space as you wish!
I have lived in this house for just under 6 years and have definitely made it my home so looking for someone to treat as there own also and enjoy the space and garden.
I enjoy local pubs and beyond! Though with a busy job the heavy party days are sadly not as regular!
I have a dog, he will need time to adjust but will quickly learn any boundaries you prefer. Though you would need to be a dog person to accept him.
The house is 8 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line underground, overground to Chibgford and Liverpool Street and main bus garage. Aswell as Walthamstow Market with all amenities being the same distance.
