1 Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom

Looking for a flat mate from early September in a 2-bedroom flat. Rent is £1450 per month including wifi (ex bills. EPC rating is very high, with communal heating. Bills likely to be very low). No large deposit is required as I have already paid for a reposit scheme, a small contribution to this would be great. I am open to couples but the rent would be slightly adjusted to reflect extra person, can be discussed.

The flat will be fully furnished as well. Would be for one double bedroom and private bathroom. The flat is in The Eades building in Walthamstow, 1 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station (Weaver line, Victoria line). The building has great amenities including a gym, free classes, co-working space, ect.

A bit about me - I am 31 and work in luxury travel, in the office two or three days a week. Love my football and most sports. Ideally looking for a flat mate who enjoys the same. I am sociable but like to keep my flat as a quiet, clean space away from busy London life.
