Beautiful home in Walthamstow Village

My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, which means I'm on the hunt for a new flatmate.

The home is right in the heart of Walthamstow Village - literally looking out onto Orford Road, and above a gorgeous wine bar and the amazing Eat 17.

The flat itself feels more like a house than flat - as its split between two floors, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

Your room is a huge double with walk-in wardrobe, and plenty of natural light from the two big sash windows.

There's a big shared living room with seperate dining area, a big storage cupboard, and a large kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry.

We have a private balcony (attached to my room, but free for you to use) and a big shared terrace that is an absolute sun-trap and perfect for a BBQ or drinks in the Summer.

You'd be sharing with me, Emma, a 34 year old professional. I work in the office at least 3 days a week, and am looking for someone friendly, who wants to make the space their home, doesn't mind the odd glass of wine together, but is also happy to do their own thing!

I'm clean, used to flatshares, respectful of people's space and spend my weekends either out and about with friends or doing something artsy.
