Small double room (extra space in living area)

We’re two chilled girls in our 30s looking for a lovely housemate to join our homey, super cosy house in Walthamstow. We really value keeping a nice, clean, and calm space to relax in. The room itself gets beautiful natural light, and has a calming view of trees out of the main window. The room also includes your own desk-space spot in the communal living room, tucked comfortably around the corner, again with great natural light. This can be separated with a divider for extra privacy as desired. The communal living room / kitchen area is spacious, comfortable, and is filled with some wonderful and well loved plants. We also have a shared garden that's perfect for laying out in when the sun is out, and there are some friendly neighbourhood cats that roam around day-to-day. Location-wise, we're just a 10–15 minute walk to the Victoria, Weaver, and Suffragette lines, and an easy stroll down to the main market street with all the shops and cafes. Lloyds Park and St James park are just nearby, and you can cycle to Walthamstow Marshes in about 15 minutes. Epping forest is only 10 minutes away once on the Weaver line. (Council tax band C)
