Double Room, 1 Min to Walthamstow Central

Fancy living somewhere you can roll out of bed and onto the platform? This is about as close to Walthamstow Central as it gets — 1 minute door-to-platform, Victoria line and Lioness line.

The area: Asda, Lidl and Tesco all within 5 minutes, plus a gym just as close. Walthamstow itself has loads going on, from the market to the wetlands to a proper mix of bars and cafés.

The room: Partially furnished double bedroom, same floor as bathroom and living area. My room is floor above.

The housemates: You'd be sharing with me (Irish, guest relations manager at a 5-star hotel) and my girlfriend Simran (works in finance). We're both out at work most days, very tidy, respectful, and easy to live with — looking for the same in return.

Who we're after: Someone clean, tidy, and who genuinely respects the common areas.

Move-in date: 19th November
