Double in Lovely Victorian House- Camberwell

One double room in a lovely Victorian house in Camberwell available from around the 1st of February (date is flexible by about a week or so either way)The room is available from the 5th but are happy to consider people interested in moving in the first two weeks of Feb.

About the house:

The house has bright ,large shared living spaces ( a large front room and a kitchen with dining space) two bathrooms and an outdoor patio with BBQ. The room: it’s a double room and comes fully furnished. There is large landing space next to the room which my housemate used as a studio/desk space.

Location: The house is just off Walworth road a 5-7 mins walk to Kennington Tube. East Street market is close by for fresh veg and there’s 2 nice pubs very close by. Rent is £720 plus bills.

You’ll be sharing with Flaminia who is 30 and works as a TV producer and Sarah who is 28 and works as an economist. We are fairly tidy and sociable people and would like to live with someone who will treat the house as a home rather than an agency crash pad.
