All rooms open out onto a west-facing balcony – great for enjoying some outside space in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen also includes a brand new integrated dishwasher and washing machine.

Transport amenities are brilliant, with buses on your doorstep to almost any part of London (perfectly placed to get you to Brixton/Clapham, Shoreditch and Peckham, or into the West End/City). Elephant & Castle and Kennington stations give access via the Bakerloo line, Northern line, as well as the Thameslink. For cyclists, there is a secure bike room within the building.

Local amenities are very close with a large Morrisons nearby, a short walk to East Street Market and an affordable 24 hour gym over the road (again for when Covid allows!). Burgess Park is also a short walk away.
