Double Bedroom in Walworth (near Burgess Park)

Lovely ground floor double bedroom looking out over the back terrace, in a very friendly, sociable house in Walworth SE17.

This is very much a home for us - we hang out quite a lot and have dinner together several times a week. We would love to share this space with a like minded person. You will be living with two guys and one gal, ages 32 - 35. Ideally we are looking for someone around the same age bracket.

Rent and bills currently stand at £1018 (includes weekly cleaner and bi-weekly veg box).

The house is a victorian terrace with two bathrooms. Great open plan kitchen living room - much time is spent here cooking, hanging out, watching films, listening to music and dancing.

The room is furnished with drawers, bedside table, bed and built-in cupboards. Looking for someone to move in asap.

Finally, we have two cats called Muriel & Saffi, they go outdoors, but do a lot of sleeping indoors!
