A lovely two-bed flat in Walworth that really feels like home. It’s full of character with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and loads of natural light. There’s a big shared living space with an open-plan kitchen, so it’s great for hanging out, cooking together, or just relaxing.

The flat is fully furnished and stays surprisingly warm in winter thanks to double-glazed windows. The kitchen is well equipped (including a dishwasher — essential!).

The room available is a comfy double, furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and it’ll have a brand-new double bed. There’s also plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. The images are of the previous tenants furniture, not what is available now.

You’d be living with me — I’m 33 and work in interiors, WFH a couple of days a week — plus two very friendly cats, Zelda and Luigi, who love attention.

I’m ideally looking for another woman who’s independent but also up for the occasional shared dinner, going out to eat nearby, or watching a film together. My current flatmate and I have decorated the place together, so there’s definitely room for your books, art, and personal touches too.

The location is great — an easy walk to Kennington Station (Northern Line) and Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo), with loads of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby.
