Double room near elephant and castle underground

Hello everyone!
Double bedroom to let on the ground floor close to Elephant and castle station , we are looking for a single person for a long term, but couple and short term can be considered but price to be negotiable. we are both professional and work full time.

About 10 mintutes walking from the flat are: elephant and castle underground, Morrisons, boots, tesco, lidl, gyms, several restaurants, burgess park and east street market where you can buy varieties of cheap fresh fruits and veggies ( tuesday to sunday ), and also a small park just outside the flat, also lots of public transport including 24 hrs.

The room is fully furnished, with plenty of light, build in wardrobe, own fridge in the kitchen and broadband. All bills included.

we are looking for someone clean, tidy ,professional and friendly.
