The flat is bright and comfortable, situated on the second floor of the building, and benefits from two bathrooms, a kitchen/lounge and a spacious, shared terrace.

The current tenant you'll be joining is a friendly professional in her late twenties who works a typical Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule. Sociable house but not loads of late nights. Film nights, board games, walks, pub trips and occasional flat dinners encouraged! The flat benefits from being a five minutes from the gorgeous Burgess Park and five minutes from lots of shops on the Walworth Road, including a well stocked, new Lidl!

For central London this flat is great value for money and in excellent condition. The tenants moving out loved the flat, location and price but are moving out of London. They'd defo recommend moving in!

Ideally, housemates would work similar hours and value a friendly, home environment. Plus a home that is clean and tidy.
