I have a room in a 3bed, 1.5bath on East St just off Old Kent Rd. The area has great connectivity and is close to UAL. You'll be living with two other women.
All the bedding is either new or freshly washed, and the mattress is brand new. The TV in the room is a smart TV that hasn't been set up with this wifi yet, but it should be fairly easy to do.
The desk also hasn't been fully set up- it's height-adjustable with USB ports. I've left most of the wardrobe empty except for hangers, and there's a small amount of storage space under the bed. You’re free to use my monitor and keyboard.
The flat has a dishwasher and separate high-spec washer and dryer units. The living room has a very large smart TV, great for group watches.
The landlord is very understanding with tenants (within reason, of course) and proactive about getting problems sorted.
