Cozy room in Kennington/Elephant and Castle !!

Hi!

We are looking for a new flatmate to take over this cute room in our cozy flat by July 16th. We are two girls recently graduated from uni and are moving into full time hospitality.

★Transport★
- The flat is perfectly situated between Kennington station (northern line) and Elephant and Castle (bakerloo and northern lines) with a SURPLUS of busses nearby that can get you literally anywhere in London.

★Neighborhood★
- There is a Lidl and a Morrisons less than 10 min walk away on Walworth road, with Sainsburys local and Tesco express as well.

- Sooooooo many cute coffee shops nearby that we frequent and many local restaurants with a variety of cuisines that we can introduce you to <3

- Kennington park is a walk away and also a community garden! There's also Pasley park right on the corner of the street. The other neighbors are super friendly and the street itself is quiet so it brings a great sense of safety and community.

★Bills★
- Bills are not included but the electric and gas are metered so they fluctuate depending on the season. Council tax band D. Wifi is already set up through us as well as water which we all split evenly.

Although there is no living room, we both like to cook together and occasionally go out to the pub/cinema, etc. Ideally we are looking for someone who respects a clean living area and personal space but also hopefully a new friend! Flat is also top floor and gets gorgeous light / everything in the room is furnished and will stay for you :)
