Double Ensuite Room in Walworth

Hi!

We are a group of three post-graduate students looking to fill a room/bathroom in a 4 bed house in Walworth (SE17). It is a good sized double room on the top floor of the house, with a private toilet/shower on the same floor.

Rent per month would be £1000, not including bills and council tax, which would come to about £100 per month on top of the rent. A UK guarantor would be required by the landlord.

We are three girls (one British, two international from the US), who have lived together for the past year, attending different university programs in London. We prefer a friendly flat environment, and love to watch TV, bake or hang out and explore London together. We will attach a video of the room to this post, but please let us know if you have any more questions!
