I'm moving out of this double room in Walworth. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and 2 chest of drawers.
The flat is a 2 min walk from a bus stop that is super well connected, it can literally get you anywhere - and 10-15 min walk from Elephant and castle tube station. There's also a Lidl a 1 minute walk away.
There's a great sized living room, nice bathroom with bath and shower, little balcony, kitchen, washing machine etc.
Your flatmates will be 2 of my best friends, they are lovely, sociable, clean, go to bed early and will probably cook for you.
Bills aren't included in the rent but per month you'll pay approx. £1000 (not more). Council tax band B.
