The home (a refurbished church) is found in the leafier and slightly more secluded part of Walworth - marooning you get the benefit of being close to (>10 minute walk) both Kennington and Elephant and Castle tube stops. The home is part of a small gated community.

The area is hotspot for getting to and around London - there are a plethora of buses that take you around the city, you're in walking distance from camberwell, peckham, denmark hill and waterloo. There loads of amenities in the area and you won't run out of places to eat friend chicken!

The home has a large living space, with dining area and large kitchen with breakfast bar. You would also benefit from the side and from gardens in the summer, where we will welcome you with a BBQ!

The room on offer is the largest room in the house, which space for an extra living space/working space if you need it. The current tenant uses it as a workspace. The room also includes has an enusite bathroom and double french doors.

The rent includes all bills and also includes a cleaner that cleans the ensuite and room each week.

The current tenant is moving on to work outside London and has been really happy here for 18 months.

The other three flatmates are all professionals and work in education, publishing and the third sector. All lead busy lives but would really love someone/a couple who is happy to join us on house dinners and occasional house low-key parties.
