We are three friendly, professionals (Lottie, Oliver & Keltie 26-31) looking for a fourth housemate to move in July/August - we are flexible! Our various interests include painting, literature, houseplants, film, cooking, and travel. We are all fairly independent but get together every now and then for a group meal or garden BBQ (more often at the moment!).

The fully furnished bedroom is downstairs. It has a double bed, a huge wardrobe and lots of storage. The bathroom (shower & bath) is shared between the four of us.

All bills are included (tv, wifi, water, council tax etc except heating (gas)

The house is a 1900 period terrace, very close to local amenities and bus stops on a very friendly street. It’s 10-15 mins walk from Northern and Bakerloo Lines. I have been living here for 7+ years - so it's very homely; burgeoning garden, well-equipped kitchen, double-glazed throughout and lots of home comforts. On street parking available through Southwark Council for £120 per year, dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a cycle safe scheme outside the front door.
