I have been given a great opportunity to go and work abroad for 5 months so I have decided to sublet my room.
Located in Walworth, I have a single room available for rent available form the 1st September. The flat is small with 2 further bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.
My two room mates are great and friendly, we usually cook together and all put in their fare share of cleaning responsibilities.
I would stress that this room is available for a maximum of 5 months and I am looking for someone to take on the room for this entire period. After thinking about the location of the flat as well as the local amenities, I will be returning as the price and location are too good to give up!
