Large living/dining room with smart TV. Large well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher; washing machine in separate utility area.

Master bathroom and separate toilet on the same floor as your room. Separate shower on the same floor. (You share these facilities with the other lodger.)

Your room has 2 big sash windows and wooden Venetian blinds. Stripped wood floorboards, comfortable double bed, huge amounts of shelf space, mirrored French wardrobe, large desk/workstation and an armchair. It's not your average room...

There’s a small, pretty back garden.

It's an easy-going household but I’m looking for a professional person in full-time employment who:
- is clean, tidy and considerate
- likes cats
- doesn’t work from home.

No couples, sorry.

I'm a smoker, so if you want a non-smoking home this won't suit you.

All bills/broadband are included. We take it in turns to buy cleaning materials, toilet paper etc, and we share responsibility for keeping communal areas clean.

The house is 2 minutes from lots of bus routes (12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176 to Elephant & Castle and beyond; 42 to Tooley St/Tower Bridge/Liverpool St). It’s a 15-minute walk to E&C or Kennington Station.
