Sunny double room to let in quiet house Wandsworth, available end of November!

1 front facing sunny double room (double bed and 2 chests of drawers included) with built in storage/closet

We have a bathroom upstairs (toilet/sink/bath and strong pressure shower)
Another toilet downstairs, large kitchen with lots of storage space, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave etc
Spacious living room with patio doors that open to decent sized private enclosed back garden.
Fast internet!
Located on a fairly quiet street so not much traffic noise.
Quiet neighbours!

Housemates are Dawn (likes K-pop/Kdrama) and Daniela (likes plants and theatre) both are into the gym, reading, Netflix etc

Looking for a quiet, calm, easygoing, clean and tidy, considerate housemate who cleans up after themselves and contributes to the cleaning of the shared areas, putting the bins out etc

Would suit a fellow introvert or someone naturally quiet that just wants to come home to a chilled, zen safe space after a long shift at work! 🧘🏻‍♀️😴

We prefer a peaceful home environment, we work very varied schedules including night shifts so are looking for someone who is out at work during the day and not at home as Dawn sleeps during the day.

Deffo not a party house with people coming and going 24/7 and slamming doors!

We do feed a stray cat that spends most of his time in the back garden but comes in to eat and on the occasion if it’s really cold. He would stay in the living room though in his own cat bed.

Rent is £725 payable by 26th each month. Bills are £120 approx, but vary month by month slightly

In accordance with the new Renters Law the contract is a rolling AST with no min/max length, however we are looking for someone that wants to stay at least 6 months, preferably longer term.
2 months notice is preferably required to move out but can be 6 weeks.

40 mins to Central

Approx 30 mins on the bus from Clapham Junction station (depending on traffic and time of day, 10 mins in the evening)
