1 front, street facing double room (double bed frame and one small 3 drawer chest of drawers included)

We have a bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, kitchen and living room. Small garden.

2 Other Flatmates are 1 guy, Alex and 1 gal, Dawn

Deffo not a party house, we like a calm, quiet and peaceful house, no slamming doors, loud music and people in and out 24/7.

Currently we work night shifts/late shifts so future flatmates need to be mindful of the fact that most days we sleep during the day so we are looking for someone that is at work during the day not at home.

Looking for a quiet, calm, clean and tidy, considerate housemate who cleans up after themselves and contributes to the cleaning of the shared areas.
Rent is £600
Bills are usually £100 but may fluctuate

Bus routes nearby that cover Roehampton, Putney, Richmond, Victoria, Wimbledon, Tooting and Clapham Junction. Walking distance (20/30mins approx, depending on how long your legs are!) to Putney and Wandsworth high streets.

Approx 30 mins on the bus from Clapham Junction station (depending on traffic)
