About the apartment:
As we're the top floor, our apartment has plenty of space and is really quiet! We have an open plan living room and dining room, and a large kitchen with additional eating space as well. Our home has perfect views of summer sunrises and sunsets with balcony's running down either side so perfect for BBQs, sunbathing and wine nights!

We're 5 minutes from Wandsworth Town station (1 min to Clapham Junction, 12 mins to Waterloo), and we're neighbours to the famous Ship! (never worked out if this is a blessing or a curse!) The apartment benefits from 24hr concierge and security, has a Virgin Active and convenience store in the building and is close to all the amenities. Also access straight on to the Thames River Path so lovely walks along the riverside, in particular to Battersea Park.

About the housemates!
You would be living with three lovely professional females all around the same age. On week nights we generally like to watch tv, cook, go to the gym... and can be often tempted by a midweek gin or a taking on the locals in The Ship’s pub quiz.

Ideally we're looking for someone similar who is going to feel like they're at home here.
