Hi 😊 My current flatmate is shortly moving out and I am looking for a nice person to take her place. It's a double bedroom with a private bathroom in a riverside development in Wandsworth - on the 10th floor with a west-facing balcony overlooking the Thames. There is a double bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers in the room. There is also additional storage space available in the hallway drawer and TV cabinet. The private bathroom is accessed from the hallway and consists of a bath/shower, toilet, sink and built-in storage shelves. I have my own full ensuite so we won't need to share. The building is very fresh and modern (from 2008) and there is a concierge, gym and garage for tenants too. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, a shared living room, and wooden floors throughout. The nearest station is Wandsworth Town.

I am the only other tenant in the flat and have lived here since 2018. A little bit about me - I'm 34 years old, and usually work full-time Mon-Fri in property investment. However, temporarily, I am working in a pub until I find my next gig. I come from Sweden but have lived in London for the past 14 years. I love going out to explore fun bars and restaurants with friends, seeing live music, but also enjoy chilled nights at home, cooking, watching a movie and having some wine. I would prefer a flatmate who has a relatively similar working schedule (so that one doesn't constantly wake the other up getting home from work at 3 AM). I generally keep weeknights relatively quiet and go out more in the weekends. I'd like to live with someone who would enjoy hanging out together sometimes and hopefully become friends, but also someone who respects private space/time. In other words, I'd find it pretty boring to live with someone who only locks themselves in their room and never wants to chat or hang out😁. I'm friendly, extroverted, and social, and have an 'open door policy'.

The most important thing to me is that we are respectful, considerate of each others' time and things, and keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

Must have references and prove right to live/work in UK.
