Double room with its own private bathroom in a contemporary 2 bedroom property, set within a peaceful and quiet gated development. There is use of a communal garden, as well as access to a modern, well equipped kitchen.

The property is a 10 minute walk from both East Putney Tube Station and Wandsworth Town railway station, and is also on the doorstep of all the amenities Wandsworth Town Centre has to offer.

You would be sharing with a couple. We are looking for a friendly, professional person who is mostly office based, clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. The living room is primarily our private space, while the kitchen and garden are shared areas.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment, so this wouldn’t be suitable for someone looking to host parties or have frequent guests.

No parking available, but there is secure bike storage.
