We have a tenancy in Ram Quarter, Wandsworth where we have lived for the past year. We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in this beautiful 3 bedroom property for the next year of our tenancy.

💵 Price: £1200 + bills (WiFi, electricity, water &heating/ cooling)

About us;
You’ll be living with two other people. Hanna (30) and George (35). Easy going, tidy professionals.

George has lived in London for most of his adult life and is originally from Kent.
Hanna has lived in London for a couple of years now, originally from Poland.
Jadene has been living with us for the last two years and has now decided to move in with her long term partner.

We’re fairly quiet throughout the week, like a glass of wine on the weekend! Both into the gym and daily steps.

About you:
Ideally professional, office or hybrid based as were both hybrid too.
Wants to be a friend and not just a flatmate and enjoys a balance of household chitchat and own time.
