Looking for a cozy new place to call home in Earlsfield? I’m searching for a female young professional to move into a beautifully furnished double room in my modern, peaceful flat.

The Property
Nestled in a quiet corner of SW18, this stylish new-build is part of an intimate 7-unit development that’s just a couple of years old—so everything works like a charm. Overlooking a leafy green and away from any noise, it’s ideal for relaxed evenings and uninterrupted sleep. The neighbours are a friendly bunch of professionals, making the whole block feel warm and welcoming.

The Room
Your future room is a real gem—bright, west/north-west facing with views of the green, which means glowing sunsets and plenty of natural light. It stays cool in summer, warm in winter, and comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed, desk, and lots of storage (built-in wardrobe, under-bed drawers, and a generous extra unit). You’ll have your own private bathroom (not en-suite, but for your exclusive use).

The Flat & Me
The rest of the flat is modern and thoughtfully styled, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfy living room with streaming services and a smart TV. I’ve furnished it to a high standard—just bring your suitcase. It also comes with an off-street parking space. Council Tax band: E

I’m a working professional often abroad or at the office (Fulham), so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself. When home, I’m low-key—into cooking, reading, and heading out for football or a jog in the park.
