We’re offering our lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom in our modern, newly refurbished 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Wandsworth.

This room is perfect for a professional who works in London during the week and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay from Monday to Friday, returning home at weekends.

About the flat

The entire flat has recently been refurbished, including new carpets and freshly painted bedrooms, as well as a newly tiled bathroom. The available room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table, monitor and speakers, desk and chair, making it ideal for both relaxing and working if needed. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. It also has an Amazon Firestick so you can watch Netflix, YouTube and other TV viewing applications in the comfort of your room.

The flat benefits from underfloor heating throughout, with individual thermostats in each room, and a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher.

We also have secure bicycle storage in the underground car park.

You’ll be sharing with us—a friendly, professional couple (both 30) who have office-based roles.

Rent: £700 per month (Monday-Friday)
